Have updated CO codes come out yet? If so, what do you think they indicate regarding the desirability of consolidation with other CDMA carriers in particular markets, especially Alltel/CenturyTel and U.S. Cellular? I'm wondering if there is a strategy that does not require accessing the capital markets for the $200 million or so Leap says it will need by December 31, 2003 to meet its debt covenants (not to mention debt service in 2004). For example, selling Arkansas markets to Alltel?
