Gold Fields to list on NYSE on May 9

JOHANNESBURG, April 29 (Reuters) - South African miner Gold Fields said on Monday it would list American Depositary Shares on the New York Stock Exchange from May 9, when it would de-list from the Nasdaq.

"This is an important step, especially for our North American shareholders who will benefit from the greater visibility and improved liquidity offered by the New York Stock Exchange," Chairman and Chief Executive Chris Thompson said in a statement.

Thanks for the Article from the NYTimes. surprised you posted it. I guess the twists the author takes satisfies both pro hedgers and anti hedgers.
