To appreciate the difficulty in harnessing the drug problem consider events in Columbia ( forget the world), try Mark Bowdens book " Killing Pablo". The US had their unofficial fingies in the hunt (up to the elbows) and still couldn't get one man in Columbia ( deja vu). Particularly intriguing was the "outside the law group" Los Pepes (Cali cartel) that apparently were supported by Columbian police, military and US elements ( Delta Force and Centra Spike) . bookpage.com amnesty-usa.org Cheers C
