Darn, news on WPH. Atleast they are doing something unknown. Anyone have a guess what this will mean to the Bid .03 and ask .05 today at the RS of one share to 5 share which equates in my math to 5 times the current or .15 bid X .25 ask? BUT it has not taken effect and the AGM was last June 18 or so last year:
BUT a PP of .1125 is line LESS than the Bid at what by my MATH: .0225 bid equating it so will folks hold ? That is the question:
IS THE PP usually a support level when other companies apply for them? I think it is:

Western Platinum Holdings will be proposing a one-new-for-five-old share consolidation and name change at the company's upcoming annual general meeting. The share consolidation and name change will be subject to shareholder and TSX Venture Exchange approval.
In addition, the company has negotiated a non-brokered private placement in the amount of $225,000. These funds will be raised by the company issuing a total of two million units at a postconsolidated price of 11.25 cents per unit. Each unit comprises one postconsolidated common share and one non-transferable share purchase warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional postconsolidated common share of the company at a price of 11.25 cents for two years. The private placement is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
The proceeds from the private placement will be used to pay outstanding payables and for general working capital purposes.
