Can you declare for me the conditions in which you can give assurances that no one gets hurt, simply by the premise that actions involved consenting adults? Probably not. I was mostly talking about when the government should get involved or when I would care to make a big public issue about it. If its consenting adults I probably don't want the government involved at all, and I would mind my own business even in talking about it unless the hurt was obvious and severe (and maybe even then, I'd evaluate that on a case by case basis).
