Fat Man & Little Boy, you got it....when they coined that name on the bike, it was a signal that Harley was really back. The Evolution motor saved them, because the old stuff was real junk. I know, I had several of them. And those were the days before cell phones, so you had to have 2 things when you went riding, tools & good shoes, 'cause the odds were you would be walking at some point. Then in 1984 I got a FXRS (low rider) with the Evo engine, and it worked!!! Then I think HDI came public in '86 or '87.. atomicmuseum.com
