The NAS has been down about 9 of the last 10 days or whatever. It is now below 1650, at a 6-7 month low, and still no buyers coming in. Wonder where the bottom is.

Dear CJ: I sure wish I knew the judge's wife. I'd give her a friendly call and try to find out if hubby was sequestered in his study or playing golf/fishing (if the season has opened) over the weekend: "You and the family doing anything exciting over the weekend?" This would provide a clue to when we can expect the announcement. Alas, I don't know her. I know next to nothing about after hours trading, but I should think the judge would try to avoid letting a select group of AH traders to capitalize on the announcement. But then, maybe he is unfamilar with AHT. Regards, Lynn
