The agent was helpful and confirmed that indeed a Grand Jury is one of their tools of investigation... However, he also said that they were very secretive about them and he was very surprised, if not concerned that such an event was openly discussed on this thread... Is there such thing as contempt of Grand Jury?... Who knows?... Anyway, I gave him my name and phone number, should he ever wish to contact me to testify on the character of some of the posters I have come across... JMHO, F. Goelo + + +

Anthony, No problem. I understand where you are coming from. I received that #144 stock three years ago. It's put away for long term. I could take it of restriction anytime but chose not to until 2003 and I have my personal reasons for that. It was actually given to me after my club accumulated a large position. It is listed as IR but there was no solicited IR done. It's reported to the IRS at a .47 cost basis by the company and myself. Sounds funny but that's the way it went down. Hope for the best? I'll watch the story unfold and if it works, great. You are correct I do hope for the best. Also I am sure not on this thread trying to pump anything. If you got to know me better you would see I am about as ethical as I could be. I hide nothing from nobody. I have been reading this thread for years and very seldom post. I just observe the stock posts and enjoy reading the other posts. I am also on your email list and every now and then receive an email from you. Good luck Anthony. I am not an adversary like Mary tried to make me out. Mary has a vendetta against an individual that is associated with the company so I leave her and that individual do battle. Mary knows me and knows I am not your normal web site owner. I do like to see DD on both sides of an issue. I just want to see the entire DD not tainted to the far left of far right.
