Yeah man, that save was cosmic! I wonder how good this guy really is Allan. Can he sustain this insanity? They play Carolina now, I don't see any reason they don't win that series. Sure would like a Toronto-Montreal series before I die, even if it is just a conference final. As for the booing, it has been going on on both sides of the border ways and is so idiotic its scarcely worth mentioning. Sadly Vancouver was the worst. I like the way Montreal handled it tonight, they had Doug Gilmour on the Jumbotron asking the fans to respect the anthems. It worked. I have to say though, those fans on Long Island are completely nutso! And that series has turned very ugly. Its been a long time for those Islander fans, lots of pent up emotion.

BTW, that anthem booing on Long Island was very, very poor. People are taking their hockey a little too seriously. It certainly had more to do with the cheap sh*t that Toronto pulled than it did to insult the Canadian people. Certainly isn't the right way to make your point though. The intent to purposely maim the Isles best players has no room in the sport. The league is a disgrace for not imposing stiffer penalties. I thought the booing of the National Anthems started in Boston after Montreal beat 'em up. I also read it happened in Detroit during the Pistons/Raptors games. Certainly isn't the right way to support your team... BTW, Isles in 7. That's the best way to get revenge. -Peca'sKneeCap
