There is no question that it's the toughest regular season in pro sports. As many games as the girlie NBA. LOL

Played with worse punishment than football yet they don't get a week to heal. They get one or two nights...

The older dudes who played without helmuts must have been a fun bunch to hang out with after the games...

I don't think players could survive today if they played without helmuts. Seem bigger and faster. Bone crushing hits into the boards.
The Flyers vs. Bruins always sticks in my head as hard hitting games. Lots of hatred between the two teams.
Rangers and Bruins too. In fact, anyone against the Bruins... <g>

What's with that league? It tales them twice as long to finish a 5 game opening round compared to a 7 game opening round in hockey. They only seem to play on weekends. Pansies!
