Joseph, RE: I bet you all didn't notice that Tyco market cap is lower then the total Revenue. Find me one big Company that selling like that.

I found 354 companies with a market cap greater than $1 billion and a market cap lower than total revenue. A sample of the companies on the list is Berkshire Hathaway, UPS, AT&T, Target, Boeing, GM, Hewlett-Packard, et. al.

- Heard from reliable sources that Alex Brown is laying out the case tommorrow for Tyco - all very positive - we'll see - closed @ $21.15 today - so let's hope for a good Friday & a good weekend
