I just think that things got way out of control and that we have to work off the excesses before we can enjoy the new age of bullishness. For sure, there are still some excesses to work off. And part of my pitch is always making a business case for buying. There should always be a sound business case for buying. Capital drying up has a profound effect on people, now you have to have a sound business case for buying. There is nothing worse for a company or sector than having too much capital thrown at it because people need to be forced into making good decisions as to where to deploy capital.
