Finished my buying today, my trading account
is well stocked now--but nothing that I bought
is actually "tradable". Bought many of the
things on my shopping list, but not mlnm and
vrtx.

I feel pretty grateful to have been in cash
for a few of the bad weeks. All my positions
are pretty modest, not really overweighting
anything much.

The main reason I own some Sepracor is for X,
all the other stuff is gravy if it works out.
Naturally the best bang for you buck is down
in the really small stuff, and just about
everything else I own has a marketcap less
than 200m. Hell, I'd buy more CeNeS if there
were shares to be had!

I only did a little of DOVP, and just a splash
of etrx, or whatever/what used to be Microcide.

If gizzmo goes down around $3 it might be
something to get ahead of asco. Pretty cheap
in here though. I wonder if it was a little
weak because of a weak dndn lately? Or
probably everything has to trade at 2x book
eventually.

...ramblin.

Shopping list from a year ago:
vrtx, nbix, tlrk, mlnm, gern, hgsi, cege
gzmo, enmd, etrx, dovp??

Symbols just thrown out there--over and
over again on my thread--and never any specifics
why I might be interested in them.

This was a success starting this thread--it has
kept me, for the most part, off of the
serious threads--where the nonsensical
posts are not appreciated!

As I read the posts from a year ago, it sure
seems as if much more than a year has passed.

They say that time you raise kids goes by fast,
but I seem to be experiencing the opposite effect.
My kid is just over three years old--and it actually
feels as if about ten years have been packed into
just the last few. And the effect has nothing to
do with my experiences--I have changed not much
at all. But the kid changes so much! You don't
actually notice it til you watch the home videos and
the stacks of photos.

I think when you spend a lot of time on the beach
building sand castles (in light drizzle and 55
degrees mind you) time slows down.
