While it is now a little out of the $1 US range my best pick for your mon"k"ey contest is Gold Reserve. You can still get it for about $1.20 US (GLDR) or $1.90 CAD (GLR.A). It's sitting in limbo waiting for an announcement from Venezuela. Even in the worse case it is worth almost $0.70 on cash value alone, but with Brias in hand and a chance to participate in a Las Cristinas/Brias combined project, a positive response from Venezuela will give you a quick double with more to follow. All IMHO of course but they certainly are in there with a chance.

This morning's analysts guesses...

"Canada's Crystallex and U.S.-based Gold Reserve Inc. are the two companies that have the best chance of supplanting Vannessa, analysts said. Both have operations in Venezuela and have expressed interest."
