<Where's the evidence supporting the onside claim is really the question> There are no evidence except for the claims made by the company in various press releases. In other words, the best course of action is now to wait for a definitive agreement. I've been waiting for 5 years, so I drop my support and sold those shares many years ago. I like the deposits very much (this is very big).. but the reality is as you said, for now, they do not have a mine. However, I think that in the end MAN will succeed. Patience.
