That is OK with me as the market is already becoming antsy about IBM's burgeoning debt..... and there is no way they can buy back their evaporating stock or pay the div except through further bond issuance. As my teen-aged son would say, "Bring it on, man". (g) The market sure doesn't seem enthusiastic about it as we head for the close. I may be a bit "earlie", but I am grabbing a few MB "first thirds" on a couple of favourites, just in case the enthusiasm wanes as we near the close. Best, Earlie
