Not really. Dells are purchased by individuals. Cell phone technology is determined by governments and big corporations. Different animals. (Not that I buy the Jewish argument.)

Hmmmmmm. So they are adopting WCDMA, a less efficient, late (by several years) technology so they can....... pay the same royalties.
