if you want your theory to hold water, you will have to explain why Dell puters are popular in Europe Not really. Dells are purchased by individuals. Cell phone technology is determined by governments and big corporations. Different animals. (Not that I buy the Jewish argument.) the Occam's Razor argument is that the Europeans do not want to pay royalties! Hmmmmmm. So they are adopting WCDMA, a less efficient, late (by several years) technology so they can....... pay the same royalties.
