You're right. Chris got it wrong. As a resident of public housing, Gov. Jeb Bush has the responsibility as a parent to either control his daughter's behavior or at least know where she might be at all times and take active measures to prevent criminal behavior or unlawful use of controlled substances even if it happens a mile away and without his knowledge. Therefore, it is the opinion of the Supreme Court of the United States that since he permitted his daughter's criminal behavior in this way, that he and his entire family are no longer eligible for public assistance in the form of housing and must vacate the Governor's mansion within 30 days.

No kidding. If the law was equally applied in this land, THAT is what would happen.
