Reports Q1 pro forma loss of $0.82, $0.14 better than the Multex consensus; revs were $23.7 mln, vs consensus of $23.3 mln. Expects Q2 revs in the upper-$20 mln range (previous guidance was $27 mln, consensus $26.2 mln) and a pro forma loss in the mid-to-upper-$0.70 range (consensus is a loss of $0.85).
