Let's take a look at Hal's shorting capabilities
(1) One closed Down Trend Hal made 4% gain
(shown as negative number)
(2) Current Down Trend Hal has loss 3%
(Shown as negative member)

Conclusion:
DO NOT GO SHORT ON HAL'S SELL SIGNALS
