if this is a legitimate rally id think we retrace at least 60% of the move before going higher. If we mealt into the close It would seem to be another Bear rally. VIX getting sluged, not good. going to check P/C now. If its below .70 then id say by thurs this this ends.

Haven't thought about it much. My plan is too simple. It should be a marginal low and I will try to buy that. If it is anything other than marginal, below say 1200, we'll be going to the September lows.
