Michael, not to worry :^)

The judge is not going to rule against HP, he knows it would only result in kicking the lawsuit
"upstairs" all the way to the Supreme Court - can you imagine all these billions of dollars in
market capitalization lost just because of prolonging the delay ?

I think the judge will opt for "what's good for Wall Street is good for America" :^)

Dear Michael: Neither do I!!!! It's times like this I wish I played golf.

Waiting... waiting... waiting... Now I know how my cousin's husband felt when he said he was going nut waiting for my cousin to deliver their first children (twins). Okay, one really can't compare this court decision to **27** hours in the expectant father room.

BTW, my cousin does not feel sorry for him :o)
