Look at the "NDX Long/Short Ratio" Big picture. Consider adding up both long and short funds combined in regular and dynamic series. If you do this, you will look at it in a different scope:

What was yesterday's ratio? LOWER than THE BOTTOM September 21, 2001.

OTC + Velocity / Arktos + Venture.

Date Ratio

September 20, 2001 = 3.70
September 21, 2001 = 3.56.

April 26, 2002 = 2.54 NEW LOW
April 29, 2002 = 2.57

Best Regards, J.T.
