What do you call a drop from 5000 to 1300 that has lasted for 2 years?

Why how long do you think a typical bull/bear market lasts? 2 years? Going from 1500 to 5000 is a one-year bull and then from 5000 to 1300 is a two-year bear? Is this what your say Mr. heehee?
