This is done all the time in Africa. It is even done, illegally, in this country, sometimes.

The difference in this case is that this girl was mutilated twice, and the holding down, and the cutting, was done by males instead of females.

The two day sentence tells the tale.

It's done in lots of countries. It's meant to stop the women from cheating on their husbands since the women get no pleasure from sex after it. We're a very barbaric species where the strong generally dominate the weak.
