Max, the amazing thing about that interview was the fact that the CEo still seemed to be in total denial mode..Did you hear them talk about a possible chaparone to monitor conversations between their analysts and their IB arm..what a joke!

Komansky Interviews:
Komansky was also interviewed by Lou Dobbs and gave the same spiel almost word for word. He never said specifically what he was apologizing for, but it seemed to be the emails themselves rather than the fact that his analysts were give public recommendations that were at odds with their privately held opinions. Neither Bartiromo nor Dobbs confronted him on that issue. Oh well, I've never paid them a commission and never will.
