Your math is correct. One troubled company which is losing market share + another larger company which is losing market share at an even faster rate doesn't = a magnificent large company capable of explosive growth and gaining market share. Just equals a very large trouble company.

RE: HWP and CPQ will merge-------well that would not have been my call so we will see if DELL can shrink them both together.A big gulp but we will see.-----2 and 2 makes 2.

Guess this is what they meant a few years back when the said "redefine the business"...
