You know this all reminds me of the SEC prosecution of a teenager in New Jersey a couple years ago. The kid's defense was basically I didn't do anthing differerent than any Wall Street Analyst. The SEC retorted that Wall Street Analysts are trained professionals and you are not, you are a high school teenager. However when one examines the emails between analysts we now know the kid was right. These guys never believed in their own analysis, they just wanted to maintain banking relationships and unload shares at a profit----now that is out in right fraud. Like I said long time ago, if the analysts REALLY believe what they write I have no problem with that. But as I expected that turned out to be false and FRAUD is what was really occurring.
