Dear Michael: Offer? Maybe I wasn't clear. People who need any CPQ historical information can print it off at Yahoo! BTW, a few minutes ago I received a reply to an e-mail I had sent HWP's IR a good 10 days ago. I wanted to know their dividend history and if HWP had a dividend payout ratio. Almost like IR was waiting to see if I'd become a shareholder of not :) Anyway, here's the URL for their dividend history: hp.com No payout ratio. The BOD just decides on a quarterly basis.
