KB, Ref " On your other list, it's very interesting what a difference a week makes. I responded to you on 4/24 that they all looked very bearish, from a TA point of view, to me. Now, a week later, I have to say they all look to be either turning or on the verge of turning: FLEX TXN JNPR LRCS EMC VTSS BEAS C SCH. I still don't like the looks of KSS or TGT, however."

I guess these are all really medium term investments not really trades for me. Believe me, I won't be opposed to dumping part or all on these if they start to really look sick. Incidently, I stopped out of SCH while I was away. I may reload if it looks decent tomorrow.

On the trading side I am watching IGT and BPUR like a hawk and will sell them on any weakness. TYC is what I might trade on the buy side once I get a chance to take a close look shortly. I also think the next two to three days is up in direction, we'll see. I'll also take a look at ZMH.

I think you may be right about the weakness in KSS and TGT in the next few weeks. However, I think we'll see TGT and KSS break out of their range to the upside when the comparisons for the next two quarters come out. By the way I looked long and hard at valuations, store growth, same store sales etc etc etc on these two. But what really convinces me is the tons on money my wife and daughter pour into these two. Also the new Super Targets are outstanding and the Kohls outfit shows uncanny insight in how to run thier stores so folks want to shop there. The fundamentals here are dead sound in my view.

As far as the techs, who the hell knows? I remember the last time the techs were on their backs this bad I swore I would buy them early if given the chance. I may be too early, but these are the best trade off of growth potential and valuation I know of. Flextronics is the one that looks the best right now as it has world wide exposure and is the low cost provider in the contract manf group.
