Thanks Bob - BTW - the hail storm must have killed your cell this am. I love the words below. One of the things I love most though is seeing APA now trade for more than APC. It would seem APC has more problems than their drilling "successes" at East Lost Hills! Now the good news is that I am told that the well bores at both 4 and 9 are clean and can be tested bottom to top! Bob

u2bob and bearcatbob ... Thank you for these posts. OXY has proved that they have the right geoscience and operational and guts to get the job done. NG will be short in California by 2004 when the economy is again in full swing. APC appears to have truly botched up since they took over and if I was on their general counsel staff I would be concern of being sued for not meeting generally acceptable industry standards in their fiduciary responsibilities to JVs. In the US and in California, minority shareholders or junior partners carry incredible power in the courts if it is shown that they have been harmed by either malfeasance or intentional actions. I now hope that testing and well completion is immediate. warmly pronect
