LOL! Jerome,,, hopefully he has more musical talent than business accumen. There is some question to his being even an underachieving academic. His intelligence level is in serious question,, but with his daddys bux he can buy anything except talent & brains as he has proven.

Hi everyone, I predicted that WW had no case and 2 Judges agreed with me; my husband and Judge Chandler. Hope this is the last we hear from WW and that they get on with merger details. WW will be remembered as launching a useless, senseless, costly law suit vs. a company in which he was on the BOD and where he owned many shares. He did much damage to HWP and now he's saying that he did it for shareholders. He did this for his own big fat bloated ego...and deflation should set in tonite. Congratulations to all, SR
