RtS, yep - only I can answer that. I just wondered how others do it. Another consideration in my interactivebrokers.com IRA is that I have to wait till a sell clears before I can trade those funds again. I need to ask them about that.

Used to be you could easily get $1, but now its a good day to get out with 50 cents sometimes. I usually do 1000 shares of whatever I'm trading for the daily stuff. $1000 a day or $500 a day keeps the bills at bay just the same. Sometimes $250 will work.

Often when the prices are right, and cash needs allow, I will for instance buy 1000, sell 900 of X and repeat as profits allow. Eventually building a decent position.
