yes, short the stock and point out the company's deviation from Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and/or point out said stock's still high valuation in terms of hgh PE's price to sales, price to book ratios,Low dividend yield... slim margins, and maybe high debt levels.... If it's cash flow negative...and they can not provide guidance as to when it will turn free cash flow positive or at least cash flow positive........ well as Luc would say...

HO HO HO may as well get some puts in addition to the short equity position.
