Wouldn't you expect that as people upgrade to phones with more features...data, GPS, etc? I thought Jacobs said something about this recently.

Personally, I expect ASP's to increase on a regional basis when color 1x handsets hit the market. They could still decline overall if greater numbers of handsets are going into regions that have lower ASP's....Latin America and India probably have the lowest ASP's among Q's markets.
