I have seen initial reactions get positive after the shock is over. This is being taken very negatively.

... the CEO and the CFO give their notices within a month of each other ... besides Scott, the two lead guys at Sun inside and on conference calls, for what, 5 years ... I do not have a clue what is behind all this, but the negative impact on employee morale must be significant ... especially losing an articulate, visible and tough guy like Zander ... bewildering ... I still think that SUNW will reach 5 or 4 before technology prices turn north ... ... this would not be dissimilar to Steve Balmer leaving Microsoft ... Ken Wilson
