Because it would indicate capitulation. There will be a change over of a large scale in the ownership of the company. Watch over the balance of the day and the week, to see if I am right.

Morgan Stanley termed Zander's departure as an "incremental negative" not a fundamental negative. Milunovich said of his departure, that it was not totally unexpected.
