hi tech, if you look at how ge is structured and uses it educational learning center in new york, you might see what is going on here. 1. every unit executive reports directly to the ceo with noone inbetween. 2. has anyone looked at zander travel schedule lately. he is never home. after 15 years of this crap you get tired and realize that there are more things to life than money and business trips. 3. both lehman and zander are going to be deeply involved in the educational center ala ge. 4. these are the positives. the negative is that zander was totally hands on and respected and almost impossible to replace. that being said, each unit manager should all pick up the slack of zander not being there. rocky.
