Sorry to belabor this, but this is what I actually said: I have not heard of it being done outside of East Africa. I suppose there may be some other places where it is done, but I do not think it is common enough to justify your disparagement of the species. We are also a civilized species, that creates great cities and seeks to uplift itself. We are also a heroic species, full of tales of persons sacrificing themselves for the sake of their countrymen, or to succor the weak. We are a species capable of many things......... How that portrays men as flawless angels beats me.......
