Ted, the Bear market, and negative stories about analysts have reduced the impact of such upgrades.

Tim, tell me about it!! Damn, this market sucks. The DOW has just retraced 70 pts to the upside, and you wouldn't know it by looking at my portfolio. No one said it would be easy but this is just plain frustrating.

At least AMD is now up a full nickel. ;~))
