Maybe if Arafat, who has received zillions in aid, had decided to use this aid to better the living standards for his people, which he did not. Instead, Mr Arafat chose to use any money he got his dirty little hands on for his suicide bombers and other weapon purchases. Arafat has done NOTHING to help his people have better living conditions As for education, he spent more teaching hate than preparing the Palestinian youth for the future. Fred
