13:32 ET Merrill Lynch sees trading opportunity in tech, biotech : Merrill Lynch notes that a valuation gap has widened between the tech and biotech groups, which may present a trading opportunity; firm notes that the multiples of the two tend to trade in sync, and that whenever there is a divergence they tend to revert by either one group's multiple expanding or the other group's shrinking. The recent run-up in tech appears to have left the biotech multiples at the lower-end of its trading range, and if the theory holds, it is likely that the biotech space will play catch-up to the expansion in tech multiples.

QQQ 31.22 up 0.6 from lows. Maybe the shorts at 30.65-30.8 are numb? Oh I forgot... nobody shorted down there, right?... lol. Once again the down move was bigger than the up move and you bragging about the up move. Well the Naz could not even close green. Sylvestor, I admire your long entries, and I wish you we in the chat room I was in. I did manage to close my ADBE short very close to the bottom but I forgot to go long at that point. Now, it would seem you could really brag if you shorted the open and bought the bottom, otherwise I say so what. Sure wish I could play both ways with confidence but I can not. Short ADBE at 40.04 and covered at 38.35. Sorry that is the best I could do today. Had I been any good I would have went long at 38.20 M
