This deal has been so long coming, I've forgotten the details.
Is this a stock exchange? Are CPQ shares being converted to HP shares? Cashed out?

Dear El: Unless and until WW steps up to the plate and retracts statements he and his legal team have made, his claims, even though deemed unfounded by the judge, will get cited again and again. WW has to do some kind of Jimmy Baker or other wayward TV evangelist caught extramarital dilly-dallying and come clean: "Forgive me, I lied! I done been a baaaaaaad, baaaaaaaaad boy. What the HWP/CPQ merger team has said was true."

Saying he's folding his hand and wishes everyone well is **not** enough. He has to squash all his previous reports and words so they don't keep getting dug up as 'fact.' He lost in the court but no where else it seems.

Regards,

Lynn
