Huey-I agree. Considering where QCOM has been the last few years, "historical valuations" are just about worthless. The remainder of the report ably stated the bullish position on QCOM, which I share, the lone error being the the statement that QCOM will get fewer royalties on WCDMA. This myth, widely propagated during the patent battle heyday by the GSM cartel (no, Virginia, there is no Santa Claus, but there sure as hell is a GSM cartel) somehow survives to this day despite the fact that QCOM has entered into to license agreements with every major player the world over (save Seimens, and thats coming) affording QCOM the same royalty regardless of the CDMA "flavor" sold.
