I hadn't thought Dithers sexually obsessed, but it is true that I have been less careful to read everything. I had thought that he was attacked by various people and was having a difficult time getting past the desire to redress the balance by defending his initial course of reflection. Since it seems that dead horses get beaten with some regularity hereabouts, I gave him some leeway to get back his sense of balance. Dithers has neither the thinnest skin on the block, nor the most leathered. I value his contributions, even if I think he is sometimes off- base, and I am sorry that he was treated with such dismissiveness in the first place. I would hate to think that he was going to be treated like Grandpa Simpson from now on.......
