YES, Geoffrey, That large goodwill makes me nervous bad enough we have to worry about trusting management, Without having a large Goodwill on the balance sheet. I think if I'm not wrong, if they get what they want for CIT. The Proceed from the sale of CIT should more then offset the Goodwill balance (whether it's legitimate or not I would say not, 35B come on) that will drop in the asset part of the Balance Sheet but it will lower the Liability on the Debt part. Joe the loser.

I may well be mistaken on this, but I believe goodwill is not included in equity calculations for loan purposes. There has been so much scrutiny of TYC's numbers and so little found, that I have a reasonable degree of confidence in them.
