Frank,

I have noticed the commercials are short crude, which tells me they could be trading the demand. We have heard this quarter the oil company executives communicate this business is as difficult as they have seen, but they could have been getting ready for the get together in Washington. <g> One could conjecture the large speculators have taken control of this market.

A good question on the SPR.

I wonder if the SPR is at full capacity? Whatever happened to the 'borrowed' oil ?
