PROG burn rate is about $3 MM per quarter, that $11 MM may not last long if they do not turn the corner and reach cash flow positive state.

AVCI and AETH have more cash than current price as well.
AETH also has a lot of debt, however.
ACCI only has a little debt.
But AVCI's burn rate as well as PROG's burn rate might mean they will not have that cash for very long.

I am sure there are quite a few of these lurking about.
In edit I see CRA is very near cash value as well (with little debt but a very high burn rate).

Now if CRA falls to $9 (could one buy the entire company, fire everyone, close shop and and pocket $4 per share?)
