I'm not getting all-clear signals yet today. Maybe you're right about the downtrend. But maybe it's consolidation during a shorter-term uptrend. The complacency indexes should move higher in an uptrend. But they've been lower for the most part this morning, with a few half-hearted moves up. Things would look better if they moved up strongly.
