In Jenin there was no massacre, Jenin was a 'suicide' bomb producing factory where kids, mothers, fathers because of their religion were the targets, those who plan attacks on 'pizzerias' and civil places to settle dirty accounts are below human. period..

Jenin should have been cleaned bulldozing the town core that produced these human bombs is an desperate act of survival, any civilised nation would do that.

NYT is wrong, if 'Jenin' action is wrong 'Tora Bora carpet bombing' is wrong too, if that is so, I will qualify the nuclear attacks on Nagasaki and Hiroshima or carpet bombing of nest of state terror under Nazis in Berlin. All could have been achieved peacefully by appeasement more blood shed, and more giving in, no human history clearly marks the points where it breaks from negotiations and get things straight. Arafat is very much back on negotiations table although Hamas is not but these are tough things, when one is weak he has to play his cards carefully and not stake his house on a bluff move.

Criminals who kill without remorse should have no roof or protection, where do you draw the line when someone draws a gun on your head.
